THE CAPE COD COMPROMISE

Brad and Penelope Ivy recently purchased their first house, a 1947 cape-cod style home. The newlyweds were immediately attracted to the neighborhood. Penelope brings two children from her first marriage, Gabriella (12) and Derek (10). They found the yard to be perfect for their 100 - pound Akita "Ringo". It is exactly the type of neighborhood they envisioned to raise children and live forever. However, when they purchased the residence they knew that the 1940's kitchen and bathroom would need to be renovated. All fixtures, cabinets, appliance, flooring will be replaced in the renovation.
