As the program’s
capstone course, this studio will be an interactive
environment that will utilize the designs of residential &
commercial spaces to focus on the design process,
meeting client needs, and project management. Topics will
include programming, block/bubble diagramming, space
planning, schematic design, design development,
construction documents, design methods, design research,
project administration, and State, Federal and ADA codes.
The final project will be a comprehensive study including
design research and documents
