This studio course will emphasize the design of residential spaces, specifically kitchen and bath facilities. Topics discussed include residential materials, NKBA Kitchen and Bath Planning Guidelines, NKBA graphic standards, NARI (remodeling subject matter), EPA (Lead Based Paint subject matter), OSHA (On the job safety) energy and water conservation, plumbing, electrical, appliances and various related topics as presented on field trips.
