Rexie Morgan is a young entrepreneur who at the age of 24 will be establishing her own floral shop in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. She wants this shop to give portray happiness, to be friendly and welcoming. But, overall, she wants her floral shop to represent her as a bubbly and positive person. But in order for all this to be played into effect the lights, colors, and material have a lot to do with it. When Rexie was looking for a retail space, she wanted something that had lots of windows so that the space could have lots of natural light. Since Roxie will be selling fresh flowers and an array of potted plants this was a big deal for her. When it comes to colors Roxie prefers to have neutral colors so that the flowers and plants can stand out and be the center focus of the shop. There will be a few pops of wooden features as she has asked for the cash wrap and island station in the middle for wrapping the flowers to be made in wood. She also wants the floors to be done in tile because if there were to be any spills there won’t be any worries for wood expanding or other further damages. The ceiling will be done in gypsum with detailing. The main feature of this floral shop will be an entire wall done with custom casework that will hold all the fresh flowers in acrylic wall mounted tins in color order. This will be the first wall you see when you walk in making it the main feature. Their will also be shelving that will have different vases if the customer chooses to have the bouquet to be placed in a vase.
